Our Team Jan Eubank

Jan’s interest in selling Kiawah Island property—sparked by her involvement in historic preservation and property management—began in the mid-1980s. “I found I loved the process of introducing people to the Southern way of life,” says Jan.

Having lived on the sea islands and in historic Charleston, Jan is extremely well versed on the many different lifestyles and cultures found throughout the Lowcountry.

“Kiawah represents the best of everything I love about the Lowcountry,” Jan says. “There’s the beach, the miles and miles of trails, and all of the beautiful scenery. But Kiawah also has a fun and active lifestyle that so many people enjoy, including myself.”

Jan and her husband Manly raised two daughters and one son in Charleston and on Kiawah Island. Having made her life here, Jan is a great resource for newcomers who have questions about education, medical facilities, and recreational activities. Her friendly, personal approach and extensive area knowledge always result in pleasurable and productive experiences for buyers and sellers.

A native of New Jersey, Jan is a graduate of Hood College in Frederick, Maryland and earned her master’s degree in education at The Citadel.
