Its duties include maintenance of the roads, ponds, landscaping, leisure trails, other common areas, and facilities including The Sandcastle, the Cinder Creek Pavilion, and Rhett’s Bluff. This infrastructure and these facilities are owned in common by all Kiawah property owners.
