Clubhouses & More

Cassique Clubhouse

The Cassique clubhouse provides breathtaking views of the golf course and the waters around the Kiawah River. Inside houses the renowned Voysey’s restaurant and the two newest eateries: The Living Room and Tom’s Kitchen. 

River Course Clubhouse

The River Course clubhouse boasts various amenities such as the River Room bar and grille, fitness center,  ballroom, large meeting terrace, locker rooms, and other sporting and social facilities.

Marsh House

Club Members gather at Marsh House to experience the striking infinity pool overlooking Ocean Park’s vast southern marsh while enjoying fresh cuisine and specialty beverages. 

The Beach Club

Club Members take pleasure in relaxing days at the oceanfront Beach Club, designed by Robert A.M. Stern. This popular amenity includes three pools, an outdoor gazebo bar, locker facilities, and The Shack, a seasonal poolside grille. Inside, Members dine at the B-Liner, a beachfront restaurant and bar with a menu designed by the James Beard Award-winning Chef Mike Lata.  

Sasanqua Spa

Sasanqua Spa exclusively uses local ingredients in its handcrafted products and specialty treatments prioritizing health and wellness among members. 

Golf

River Course

With eighteen holes and a practice range, Kiawah Island’s first private golf course, designed by Tom Fazio, is surrounded by coastal woodlands, marshes, and waterways.

Cassique

The second private golf course recalls classic links courses of Ireland and Scotland.Surrounded by a magnificent view,this Tom Watson designed course gives golfers an open layout of greenway for them to tap into their individual creativity.

The Boathouse at Cassique

The Cassique Boathouse provides Members with exceptional service, a selection of kayaks and paddleboards, and tranquil waters directed by knowledgeable personnel.

Sports Pavillion

With tennis courts, a salt-water swimming pool, and the most up-to-date cardio and weight equipment, Members can get in some outstanding training before refueling at the outside Gazebo, where light meals and healthy drink selections are available.

Sporting Club

The Sporting Club provides skeet, trap, and five-stand shooting as well as group and personal coaching for all ages and ability levels. Be sure to also try our newest sporting amenities such as 3-D archery and quail hunting!

Kiawah Island Club Memberships are extremely sought-after and limited in quantity. Only those who purchase a Kiawah Island Real Estate homesite or who purchase a resale property from an existing Club Member who included a Membership in the transaction are eligible for Club Memberships. 

Levels of Membership include: 

• Golf Membership: provides access to all golf courses with VIP tee times and no payment of green fees. 
• Sports Membership: provides access to all golf courses and sporting facilities with reduced payment of green fees. 
• Social Membership: provides access to spas, events, dining, bars, and more. 

All Club Memberships include individual and family plans.
