Are there any changes I can make to the residence I’m interested in?
The residences were thoughtfully designed to maximize space, flow, and livability, and therefore do not allow for major structural modifications. However, your Kiawah Island Real Estate Sales Executive is the best resource to discuss any specific questions you may have.

Security is very important to me. How secure will my residence be?
