The Report shows a very healthy real estate market on Kiawah Island and Cassique, with overall sales on the island exceeding $311 million in 2014. Our optimism is shared by the national media including Barron’s PENTA magazine, who once again listed Kiawah Island among the “Top 20 Second-Home Resorts” in its upcoming March issue. In the article, the editors noted: “New land sales and new building permits in Kiawah Island, S.C., and the Hamptons, N.Y., point to further strength in 2015.”
