Mark Your Calendars for These Kiawah Island Club Spring Events
Spring will be here before we know it, and with it comes some of the most exciting events of the year. Whether you live on Kiawah Island full-time, or are planning a trip to visit this spring, there are plenty of activities for you to enjoy throughout the season. From Easter brunches to cocktail cruises, let’s take a look at all of the can’t-miss private Club events coming up.

Kiawah Island Club Spring Events
For homeowners with a Kiawah Island Club Membership, there are tons of family-friendly and adult-only events to look forward to.

Guest Chef Series at B-Liner
On Tuesdays in March, April, and May, join other Club Members at Behind The Line, an interactive Guest Chef Series hosted by B-Liner. Here, you’ll get an inside look from a renowned chef into how your favorite dishes are prepared, as well as learn expert secrets of the trade. This interactive cooking class is completely hands-on, so prepare to get a little messy — and come with an empty stomach.
The Behind The Line series will take place on Tuesday March 24th, Tuesday April 14th, and Tuesday May 12 from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.
Come experience some of Charleston’s finest on March 31st from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m on the River Course for the Club’s Night Bazaar event. Kick-off your evening in the River Room, then migrate outdoors to shop our local vendors. You can expect to see items from Steel Birch, Holy Smoke Olive Oil, Maya Chia, Blender Bombs, Hustle, Jack Rudy, Bulls Bay Salt Works, Zags, Charleston Candle Company, and more. With a bounty of food, drinks, and shopping, what could be a better way to spend your evening?
Throughout the month of April, Club Members can expect a variety of Easter-themed activities, starting with the Island Egg-Scape.
Get social during this Easter-themed, adults-only event hosted at the Marsh House on April 10th. During the night, you can enjoy live entertainment, heavy hors d’oeuvres, palm fronds, bonbons, and more. Activities will begin at 5:00 p.m. and continue until 8:00 p.m.
Simultaneously, the Sports Pavillion will be hosting a kids-only event on April 10th from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m for children between the ages of 5 and 12. This event is jam-packed with activities from swimming, to dodgeball, and everything in between. Dinner will be provided by a local food truck vendor with a selection of children’s favorites.
Easter Clay’s Tournament
The Club’s Easter Clay’s Tournament is guaranteed to be a full day of fun, community, and competition. Starting at 9:00 a.m. on April 11th, you can take your best shot at the Sporting Club. At 5:00 p.m., the points will be tallied and the shooter with the most points takes home the championship title.
Easter Carnival & Egg Hunt
Also taking place on Saturday, April 11th is the annual Easter Carnival hosted by GoKiawah. From 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., join Club Members and their families in activities including an egg hunt, carnival rides, prizes, traditional fair foods, and more.
This event also features carnival rides for all ages, balloon darts, ring toss, face painting, jugglers, petting zoo and other themed attractions. Conclude your evening with a buffet dinner along with carnival fare including hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, and funnel cakes.
On Easter Sunday, spend your morning dining with other Kiawah Club Members at one of our three Spring brunch options. From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., B-Liner will feature an a la carte menu consisting of breakfast and lunch options, as well as a children’s menu.
Or, visit Voysey’s from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a similar menu, also featuring an a la carte menu consisting of traditional breakfast fare, favorable lunch items, and a children’s menu.
Lastly, the River Course is also offering an extravagant Easter brunch buffet from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No matter where you decide to spend your Easter morning, you simply can’t go wrong with these brunch options.
As the weather continues to warm, you can look forward to these outdoor spring events.
On Wednesday, May 13th from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., join Azura Tirozzi of Winebow at the Marsh House to explore an array of light and lively wines perfect for summertime on Kiawah Island.
Farm to Table Dinner
Join us under the oaks on May 20th at 5:00 p.m. for Kiawah Island Club’s first Spring Farm to Table Dinner with Culinary Director Doug Blair, Club Beverage Manager Larry Caraviello, and their team. Seasonal local produce from Spade & Clover and Storey Farms will be a highlighted feature in the dishes. Spade & Clover’s head farmer, John Warren, and owner of Storey Farms, Jeremy Storey, will be present to share their expertise on farming on John’s Island. A cocktail hour and tour of the farm kicks off the event from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. followed by a family style dinner from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Splash into summer at The Beach Club Poolside Party on Sunday, May 24th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Kick off summer vacation with live music on the pool deck, family and children’s activities, snow cones, jump castles, and more.
Sunset & Cocktail Cruise
Come aboard the 70’ Hatteras Motor Yacht, Blue Horizons. During this three-hour sunset cocktail cruise on May 27th, Members will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Kiawah and Stono Rivers. Blue Horizons departs promptly at 5:30 p.m. and will return at 8:30 p.m. This event costs an all-inclusive price of $150 per person, and is only available to adults over the age of 21.
