The Sports Pavilion at Cassique

Join the muscle and bustle of our top fitness facility. The 9,000-square-foot Sports Pavilion pairs state-of-the-art weight rooms with high-tech cardio equipment for an extraordinary full-body workout. Group classes and personal training encourage safe and assured progress in reaching fitness goals. Terraced, Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball courts, sleek squash courts, and a regulation basketball court welcome tournament play and friendly competition. Aqua enthusiasts enjoy the saltwater pool. And post-play relaxation accommodations include an expansive whirlpool, plasma TVs, and a gazebo where light, healthy fare keeps you looking and feeling your best.

Sasanqua Spa

Because sighs matter. Considered our most pampering amenity, Sasanqua Spa celebrates relaxation and renewal through its signature treatments and extraordinary surroundings. The 10,000-square-foot haven claims placement along golden, saltwater marshlands, and frames soul-stirring vistas of the Kiawah River.

The masterwork of world-renowned designer Clodagh, Sasanqua’s every detail strengthens mind and body connection to the natural world. In honoring the health and wellness pursuits of Club Members, the chefs behind the line at Voysey’s, B-Liner, River Room, and Marsh House, take a holistic approach to their craft. Each venue utilizes local purveyors for the freshest possible produce, seafood, and meats. A variety of lighter menu options is available for health-conscious guests. And our seasoned chefs are attuned to the needs of vegan and gluten-free diners in preparing innovative dishes, suited to each and every taste.

River Course Fitness Center

Fitness fanatics rejoice! The Island’s east end workout venue, located in the stately River Course clubhouse, boasts 1,100 square feet of cardio and weight training. Ellipticals and treadmills, a free weight area, and a body stretching station are attended by certified personal instructors, as focused on your fitness goals as you are. Two red clay tennis courts border the venue, inviting Members to raise their game (and heart rate) for winning results.
