A transomed glass entry leads to a foyer with dark-stained hardwood in a chevron pattern and a groin-vaulted ceiling above. To one side is a windowed gallery; ahead, the marsh unfolds through a wall of glass in the main living area.

In the living room, multiple seating areas center around a gas fireplace with a pale travertine mantle. The space opens to a dramatic dining room with a sculptural chandelier, stepped tray ceiling, table for ten, and a high-gloss lacquer bar wall with glass-front cabinetry, integrated sink, and undercounter wine and beverage refrigeration.

The open kitchen is anchored by an expansive marble island and breakfast bar, with dark stone perimeter counters contrasting clean white cabinetry. Appliances include a Wolf® 48” dual-oven range with six burners and griddle, a paneled LG® dishwasher, 30” Sub-Zero® column refrigerator and freezer, Sub-Zero® beverage drawers, a Wolf® warming drawer, and a Galley® sink beneath a massive window.

To one side is a scullery and pastry kitchen with farmhouse sink, an additional paneled LG® dishwasher, and dual Wolf® wall ovens, including a speed oven, with cabinetry in French blue. To the other, accordion glass doors open to a screened porch with a gas fireplace, wall-mounted television, and comfortable seating overlooking the marsh.

The first floor’s eastern wing includes a VIP suite with a wall of windows and glass door opening to the pool deck and grill area. The bath features integrated lighting, multiple showerheads, and herringbone tile detailing.

Nearby is a main-level laundry closet with stacked LG® washer and dryer, and a powder room filled with natural light. Its focal point is a sculptural pedestal sink carved from a single 800-pound block of marble.

The southern wing features a sunlit three-story stair tower with a cascading chandelier installation suspended at varying heights, creating a dramatic vertical focal point.

Opposite, a bunkroom with a vaulted ceiling and cupola includes four built-in bunks, a window seat, and a generous lounge area. Upstairs, a bright landing leads to a library-lined hallway beneath a barrel-vaulted ceiling and a windowed corridor framing treetop views.

The primary suite sits beneath a barrel-vaulted ceiling with clerestory glazing. The bath includes a freestanding tub positioned for marsh views, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower with multiple fixtures. Dual closets with cedar-lined storage complete the suite.
