Travel + Leisure just revealed their annual “World’s Best Awards” for 2023, with Kiawah and Charleston continuing to receive accolades as some of the best spots in the country. The highly anticipated and coveted recognition places Kiawah as #3 of fifteen favorite islands in the continental US and Charleston as the #1 city in the US. Charleston has held this spot for more than eleven consecutive years.
