Kiawah Island was featured in The Post and Courier’s story taking a look at the availability of idyllic summer homes on the beach or within a few miles of the water in the Lowcountry.
The Post and Courier interviewed Dan Whalen, President of Kiawah Island Real Estate, on inventory challenges and discussed the neighborhood known as The Estuary, which has some of the last ocean-facing homesites in the private Kiawah Island Club community of Cassique.
