Along with being the Island’s third-best year on record, 2025 also marked Kiawah Island Real Estate’s third-best year, with $649.4 million in closed sales across 213 transactions, accounting for 77% of the Island’s total sales volume. Our firm handled 94% of home sales above $5 million and 75% of homesite transactions above $2 million.
