To enhance and maximize your property search experience, we recommended you create a list of your wants and your needs. Some property features may solicit questions and working with an experienced sales professional is the best way to ensure that all of your concerns are addressed. Many of our sales executives are Kiawah Island homeowners — leading members of the community – and live on the Island fulltime. All of our sales executives are exclusively focused on selling Kiawah properties and are here to help you prioritize your home buying list.

  • Take time to define your search parameters. Make a list of your needs and wants.
  • Set a budget, taking into consideration other fees such as taxes, insurance, utilities, association fees, and Club Membership deposits and dues.
  • Narrow down the type or types of properties that interest you: villa, cottage, single-family home, and/or homesite.
