Priscilla was born and raised in County Armagh, Northern Ireland, just a short distance from where fellow Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy grew up. She also had the unique opportunity to celebrate with McIlroy following his 2012 PGA Championship victory at The Ocean Course on Kiawah Island.
As the oldest of eight children, she developed a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a deep appreciation for the value of relationships and community from an early age.
She attended De Montfort University in Leicester, England, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance, followed by a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources. After graduation, she worked in London as a Human Resources Controller for a national fashion retailer before relocating to South Carolina with her husband, Shane, in 1997. The family moved to Charleston in 2004 and has proudly called the Lowcountry home ever since.
Priscilla joined Kiawah Island Real Estate in 2008 and most recently served as Assistant Broker-in-Charge, a senior leadership role in which she helped oversee operations, agent development, and client service initiatives. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client care. Her background in leadership, business, and relationship management has equipped her with the communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills essential to delivering a seamless real estate experience.
After 18 years with Kiawah Island Real Estate, Priscilla is excited to transition into a full-time sales role. Combining extensive knowledge of the Kiawah Island market with a passion for helping others, she is committed to guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate journey with confidence and care.
“Building meaningful relationships and helping clients achieve their goals are what inspire me most,” says Priscilla. “I look forward to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s most important decisions.”
Priscilla and Shane have proudly raised their family in the Lowcountry and remain deeply connected to the Charleston and Kiawah Island communities. In 2025, she was honored as the Woman of Impact Winner for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign, recognizing her commitment to making a positive difference both professionally and within the community.
Outside of real estate, Priscilla enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, following interior design trends, and supporting causes close to her heart.
