A native of Myrtle Beach, Patrick first experienced the natural beauty of Kiawah Island on a business trip during his early career days in Charleston.

A property owner since 1997, Patrick was invited to join the Kiawah Island Real Estate team in 2000, and he has enjoyed every day.

Patrick’s long history and deep connection to Kiawah enables him to help prospective residents discover and experience the many facets and countless benefits that come with the Kiawah Island lifestyle.

“I wouldn’t want to sell real estate anywhere other than Kiawah Island,” he says. “It’s a great environment with wonderful people.”

One of nine siblings, Patrick earned his degree in business and finance from the University of South Carolina. An avid golfer and sailor, he most enjoys spending summers on Kiawah’s beach with his wife April and their two young boys at the 11 Eugenia Avenue home April’s parents purchased back in 1956.
