Alexis was born in South Carolina and raised in the Upstate in Fort Mill, a historic, picturesque part of the Carolinas. After graduating from Clemson University in 2014, she moved to the Charleston area to attend the Charleston School of Law.

Obtaining her Juris Doctor degree in 2019, she decided to pursue her passion – real estate – in a place she describes as “wondrous,” Kiawah Island.

“I’m thrilled to help my clients experience the Island and create their own special memories. The natural beauty, the unique landscape, the people, and the sense of community here is extraordinary.”

Alexis has worked at Kiawah since 2020, and brings her superb negotiation skills and expertise in real estate and finance to her clients and to Kiawah Island Real Estate (KIRE). “We have such a wonderful team at KIRE, and it’s a dream come true to work with such knowledgeable and passionate sales professionals.”

Alexis is a member of the Junior League of Charleston and an active community volunteer. During her downtime, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and their two labs at home on Johns Island. The couple loves exploring the incredible cuisine choices in Charleston, Kiawah, and the surrounding area with family and friends.

When it comes to Kiawah Island, she tells clients. “Whether you’re a beach lover, a boater, a golfer, or love to cast a line while witnessing some of the most beautiful sunrises or sunsets in the world, there is truly something for everyone here.”
