Kiawah Island Club’s future residential and golf offering, Orange Hill, will be located on historic Johns Island and is a 933-acre property that will feature a variety of homesites, an 18-hole and 9-hole course with extensive practice grounds, and a clubhouse for Members. The golf course will be designed by Beau Welling, a South Carolina native that is known around the globe for his projects including collaborating with Tiger Woods and TGR Design.
