Kiawah Island Neighborhoods

Although our luxury community sits on a whopping 10,000 acres of gated, coastal landscape, even the most private spaces come with a sense of neighborly kinship. With National Good Neighbor Day (Sept. 28), we thought it would be fun to talk about some of Kiawah Island’s neighborhoods. (Hint: they’re all stunning.)

Kiawah Island Neighborhoods

Ocean Park

Ocean Park sits at the eastern tip of the Island, next to The Ocean Course golf course, described as the “Pebble Beach of the South” for its incredible ocean views. Speaking of views, many homes in this neighborhood offer a glimpse of the marsh, golf course, and ocean all at once. See Ocean Park properties for sale here.

Marsh Walk

Tucked inside Ocean Park, Marsh Walk is a waterside neighborhood with each and every home designed by an acclaimed local architect. The homes are built with the environment in mind and are elevated to give the feeling of floating while offering incredible views of the wide marsh and the famed Ocean Course tree line. Centered around community hub Marsh House (where neighborhood residents receive special access), Marsh Walk epitomizes easy coastal living. See Marsh Walk properties for sale here.

Cassique

The community of Cassique offers British Arts and Crafts architecture paired with ease of Lowcountry design and landscaping. Incredible options for all types of residents abound, from private enclaves like Eagle Island beside serene tidal marshes and creeks to the more bustling lifestyle at Cassique Clubhouse Village. The coveted Cassique community features a world-class golf course, fine dining restaurant, community kayaing and boat dock, and state-of-the-art fitness center with tennis course and a pool.
