Charleston based Kiawah Partners is a leading resort community developer with properties in Kiawah Island, SC, County Clare, Ireland and St. Kitts, British West Indies. As Executive Vice President Mr. Keb is responsible for the company’s resort development activities including hotels, private residence clubs, and other resort amenities. A primary focus is the development of new hotels within the 2,500 acre Christophe Harbour project in St.Kitts.

Prior to joining Kiawah Partners in January 2009, Mr. Keb was an Executive Vice President and one of three founding partners of Atlanta based West Paces Hotel Group, a hotel management/branding company formed in 2002. From 1991 to 2002 Mr. Keb was with The Ritz–Carlton Hotel Company in a number of senior leadership positions including Vice President Development. Mr. Keb began his hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels Corporation where he held various management positions in the engineering, construction and real estate departments.

Over his career Mr. Keb has been responsible for structuring, financing and developing over 50 luxury hotels with an investment value in excess of $4 billion. He has also been a market leader and innovator of branded/serviced residential property developed in conjunction with hotels. Mr. Keb is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a longstanding member of the Recreational Development Council of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association.
