Selling Process

Deciding to sell your home is a big first step. The next step is simple. Call a Kiawah Island Real Estate Sales Executive, then leave the rest to them. Here are key steps to expect in the selling process of your home.

  • Call KIRE to set up an initial House Call
  • A KIRE Sales Executive will visit the house
  • The KIRE Sales Executive will begin a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), establish desired method of communication, set expectations of frequency of contact, establish any repairs or work that needs to be done, and discuss any staging that may assist the seller
  • Establish a price
  • Inspection
  • Seller signs listing agreement
  • Placement of Lock Box
  • Seller receives copy of sales contract to review and become familiar with process so when an offer comes in there are no surprises
