Patrick Brumfield
One of nine children, Patrick Brumfield grew up in Myrtle Beach and has a passion for water sports. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business/Finance, he started a career in banking. In 1991, Patrick moved to Charleston and continued his banking career when he was introduced to Kiawah Island as a mortgage banker for First Union. Intrigued by the nature and beauty of the Island, he moved here in 1998. In September of 2000, he was invited to join the sales team. "I wouldn't want to sell real estate anywhere other than Kiawah," he says. " It's a great environment with wonderful people." In his spare time he likes to play golf and enjoys sailing.
KIRE has the only real estate sales team located on Kiawah. We have 26 sales executives, and many are long-time Kiawah residents who can share both their knowledge of the Island and their enthusiasm for Kiawah’s rewarding lifestyle.
