Jan Eubank

Jan Eubank has been a fixture on the Kiawah Island real estate scene since the mid-80’s when she first started selling property on the Island. It was through her involvement in historic preservation and property management that initially sparked her interest in real estate. "I found that I loved the process of introducing people to the Southern way of life," said Jan.

Since then, she’s been a successful real estate agent on Kiawah, as well as Seabrook, Wadmalaw and Johns Islands. She’s lived both on the outer sea islands, as well as in historic downtown Charleston and as such, is well versed on the many different lifestyles and cultures found in the Lowcountry. "Kiawah to me represents the best of everything that I love about the Lowcountry," she said. "There’s the beach, the miles and miles of trails, and all of the beautiful scenery but also Kiawah has a fun and active lifestyle that so many people enjoy, including myself."

Jan has raised her family, along with her husband, Manly, and her daughter Elizabeth and stepchildren Burnam and Graham, in Charleston and on Kiawah. Because she’s made her life here, she’s a great resource for any questions newcomers may have as well as offer pertinent suggestions about education, medical facilities, and recreational activities.
