Danielle Whitson

Sales Executive

Danielle Whitson’ family first purchased property on Kiawah more than twenty years ago, and even then — as a child growing up in Pennsylvania — she knew she had come across a truly special place. Fast forward a number of years and Danielle was a successful executive in the television industry in Charlotte, NC and around the Southeast.

When she moved to Charleston in 2000, Danielle met her husband Scott, a Charleston native and owner of Shoreline Construction, and the pair settled down on James Island with their two young daughters (Ava, 3 and Emma, 10 months). "I appreciate the beauty and lifestyle Charleston has to offer. My husband also works in the real estate industry in home renovation and building," Danielle said. "As a real estate family, we believe in investing in our community, and we own several properties around the Charleston area and coastal islands. There really is no better place to be than the Lowcountry."

In her real estate career, Danielle has worked in new home construction, production homes and custom-built luxury homes. She has marketed and managed several condominium conversions, where she excelled in selling more than 50% of all seller-related closings. She has been the recipient of several awards and recognitions, including Accredited Buyer Representative, New Construction Specialist, Fine Home and Estates Specialist, and Salesperson of the Year.

Danielle recognizes that her background in television media is an asset to her career as a Sales Professional. She combines knowledge of marketing, strong attention to detail and project management, negotiation skills, and business savvy with a natural ability to help individuals achieve great results from the real estate market, whether they are buying or selling.

But when you ask Danielle what she considers her biggest accomplishment? "Hands down, the loyalty of my clients," she said. "When my clients come back to me, time and again, and send me referrals, I consider that the biggest compliment and achievement possible for someone in sales."
