When you purchase one of 15 conservation lots, you’re given two unique opportunities. First, you ensure that another piece of this extraordinary island remains natural. And second, you can become a Member of the Kiawah Island club.

Your Club Membership provides access to the entire collection of Club amenities: The River Course and clubhouse, Cassique golf course and clubhouse, Golf Academy, Sasanqua spa, Sports Pavillion, The Beach Club, Club Cottages, and all the recreation, entertainment, and dining venues each facility offers—without the cost or responsibility of home ownership.

You’ll also enjoy the broad collection of Kiawah Island Community Association amenities: The Sandcastle Community Center, Cinder Creek Pavilion, and Rhett’s Bluff boat landing. If you’re an owner who—for whatever reason—isn’t a Club Member, or an off-islander who’s ready to join, this is the program for you.
