A top producer for Kiawah Island Real Estate for many years, Tricia is a native of New Jersey and has lived and worked on Kiawah Island since 1983. Prior to that, she sold real estate in Charleston but realized her opportunity was at the beach.

“When I saw this pristine island, I was amazed,” Tricia says. “There is no place else like it on the East Coast.”

In the early years of Kiawah Island’s development there were no female agents, but Tricia changed that. She feels lucky to have a career she loves and is proud to be part of the Kiawah Island Real Estate team, which she believes is the most professional around.

“Success comes from joy-it’s a pleasure to listen to my buyers and sellers, extract what they really want and need, and then guide them with expertise to help them achieve their goals,” Tricia says. “This is my home as well. I love to help them feel at ease, comfortable, and welcomed. So many clients become my good friends.”

A master sailor and racer who earned her 100 Gross Ton captain’s license with an Auxiliary Sail endorsement in the mid-1980s, Tricia is also a Lady Angler who loves to fish for wahoo and yellowfin off the back of her boat. She and her husband John renovated a Kiawah home and won a Prism Award for best renovation in the tricounty area.
