Our Team Kelly Blair Henry

A North Carolina native, Kelly first experienced the beauty of Kiawah during summer vacations with her family. In fact, Kelly knew one day she would make her life here on the Island.

An integral part of the Kiawah Island Real Estate team since 2008, Kelly arrived with more than 16 years of high-level customer service and sales experience.

Kelly enjoys being part of a team of trusted advisors as well as the freedom to focus only on Kiawah Island property. “It enables me to provide a very personalized and completely dedicated service to my clients.”

She finds personal satisfaction helping people fulfill their dreams of owning a part of Kiawah. “I like seeing how Kiawah brings meaning to their lives as it has to mine,” Kelly says of working for Kiawah.

“My day-to-day relationships with the ARB, builders, lenders, and the Kiawah Island Club enable me to guide my clients smoothly through the process,” she adds. “Kiawah Island is so much more than ‘buying a house.’ Without our collective knowledge, complex processes can quickly become overwhelming.”

Now that Kelly has her own family, she feels fortunate to live in Charleston and work on Kiawah Island. When not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends boating, biking, and soaking up the Island sun. She also takes advantage of the many cultural activities available in the Lowcountry.

A graduate of North Carolina State, Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in business management.
