The Sandcastle

The Sandcastle, Kiawah Island Community Association’s (KICA) Community Center, offers property owners access to fantastic amenities including:

  • Private beach
  • Swimming pools, including a children’s wading pool
  • Fitness center with weight and cardio machines and a fitness classroom
  • Picnic pavilion
  • Lending library/lounge
  • Castle Grille casual poolside restaurant

All homeowners may reserve rooms in the 11,700-square-foot Kiawah Sandcastle  for special events, relax in the lounge, and attend wellness seminars, classes, and social events. Three upstairs banquet rooms accommodate parties ranging from 10 to 180.
