On the eastern tip of Kiawah Island, something exciting is happening–construction has begun on Ocean Park’s much-anticipated Marsh House.

Envisioned as a natural extension of the neighborhood’s parklands, Marsh House will serve as a central gathering place for families, friends, and neighbors. Open-air sitting areas and tiered decks will overlook an infinity-edge pool and stunning marsh vistas.

“Marsh House will be architecturally significant,” says Kiawah Partners’ Chris Randolph. “It will be settled into the surrounding area in a natural state. We think it will be a spectacular addition to Ocean Park.”
