Stay up to date on news about Kiawah Island Real Estate, the most recent real estate releases, and the latest happenings on Kiawah Island.

We're not really sure why Cassique has won a special place in our hearts. Perhaps it's due to its Irish and Scottish links-style design—which golfers have described as making them feel like they've been "air-lifted from Ireland's southwest coast"—that Cassique captures our imagination. Or perhaps we love telling our friends that Cassique was Tom Watson's first solo course design in North America. Recent weeks have brought much positive attention to the state of the national economy. The unemployment rate is now at the lowest it’s been in four years, currently at 7.5%, and the stock market is again in a growth cycle, with the DOW hitting 15,000 and S&P above 1600. It seems like spring almost always comes overnight, doesn't it? One happy morning on your daily route you notice that everything is greener and flowers are popping up in spots where you didn't even know they were planted. Admire us!"
