The Sandcastle
From the second floor main lounge and deck of the Sandcastle, you can see forever. Watch a parade of brown pelicans as they soar along the top of the surf. Count the stars that come out as the sun goes down. And spend the day with neighbors on an exclusive beach.
When it was built, the Sandcastle’s distinctive 9,600 square foot design took advantage of great views of the Atlantic Ocean. In November 2006, the building’s first floor was renovated to expand to 11,700 square feet. A seasonal snack bar, the Castle Grille, was added to the property-owner only pool area.
For those who prefer the unique ambience of the Atlantic coastline, the Sandcastle is an ideal place to be. Members can get in swimsuit shape and maintain an ongoing commitment to health and wellness in the large fitness center, with weight and cardio machines, as well as a multi-purpose fitness classroom. The first floor houses a lending library so that you supplement physical workouts with mental ones. Three upstairs banquet rooms accommodate parties ranging from 10 to 180.
